INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

International Buyers may be subject to taxes and customs fees based on specific country rules and regulations. We are not responsible for any extra fees that are applied to the package.  If the package is returned to us for the following: package is unclaimed, or the address provided is undeliverable, we will gladly refund you for the purchased products but shipping will not be refunded.

COVID -19 (International Orders):

Due to current restrictions and regulations associated with COVID-19, we are not allowed to accept returns of merchandise from international orders!  We cannot cancel international orders after they have shipped!  Please make sure you confirm your sizing and/or any other options when placing an order! Please also be aware that due to COVID-19 we cannot guarantee delivery dates for all international orders.  These conditions are out of our control once an order has been delivered to the shipping company.  The standard lead time is typically 2-3 weeks. 

Once an order has shipped, it can not be canceled!

MERCH RETURNS:

If you are in the United States, you will be sent a return label for your order and will receive a refund once the items have been returned and reviewed for condition.  Any items are missing or damaged, will be charged the difference for the missing item(s) or charged a restocking fee of up to 20%. 

We cannot accept any international returns or returns from APOs, FPO's or DPO's.  

All domestic returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label.  We will start the refund process and/or start shipping out the replacement item that wished to be exchanged for after the provided return label shows tracking information. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange for any reason.

Any item missing or damaged from your order will be refunded as long as it is reported to us within 3 days of receipt of your order.  REFUND IS LIMITED TO MISSING/ DAMAGED ITEM ONLY.
