Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund.
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Free Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Send an email to support@shopignitionspeed.com
    • Enter your order number and email address to start the return process along with reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Package:
    • Print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our customer experience team member.
    • Pack the items securely in the original packaging or any suitable box.
    • Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the package.
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location (details provided with the shipping label).

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.  Store credit is also available for qualified purchases, inquire with our customer experience team for details.
  3. Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

  1. Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
  2. Free Shipping on Exchanges: We offer free shipping on all exchange orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:
