Made using a ceramic fibre weave blanket topped with silver reflective foil, our reflective header manifold blanket works to fight both radiant and convectional heat transfer right at the source.

Designed to wrap around the entire manifold as opposed to individual branches, our Manifold Blankets are perfect for applications where manifold removal is not an option, or where there is little clearance due to surrounding components. Available in 92cm x 102cm (36inch x 40inch), our Reflective Header Manifold Blanket is a flexible yet highly effective heat management solution that can also be used to protect your manifold from harmful, flammable liquids that may become present within the engine bay.

PERFORMANCE

Our reflective header manifold blanket exhaust creates a thermal blanket around the entire exhaust manifold, keeping pipework insulated and maintaining a higher core gas temperature. As we know, a hotter gas actually helps to accelerate out of the downpipe and exhaust system faster, improving efficiency and in turbo applications, exhaust wrap can improve spool time too!

PROTECTION

Protect sensitive components by insulating the heat from the exhaust. Components such as sensors, ECUs and wiring looms can all be extremely sensitive to heat.

RELIABILITY

Our reflective header manifold blanket helps to dramatically lower engine temperatures within the engine bay. Encase your manifold or pipework with our reflective heat blanket to insulate the heat within the exhaust to reduce the overall temperature of your engine bay and improve the reliability of all engine bay components. Our reflective header manifold blanket can also be used to protect your exhaust manifold from harmful, flammable liquids that may become present within the engine bay.

Withstands up to a continuous temperature of 650 degrees C and flashes of up to 1050 degrees C. Reflects away up to 80% of radiant heat.
